No Private Contact Pre-Booking

Partner phone numbers and personal contact details are not shared until after a booking is confirmed. All pre-booking communication happens through our platform.

Only customers who have completed a verified booking can leave reviews. This ensures all reviews are authentic and trustworthy.

Report & Block

Any user can report or block a partner at any time. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours and immediate action is taken if any policy violation is found.

Clear Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the event for a full refund. Between 24-48 hours: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours: deposit forfeited.
